A: Yes, providing this is a Platinum Card from American Express, bonus points will apply. The additional DENTSPLY bonus points will only be granted on the purchase of DENTSPLY products8 (excludes precious metals).Q: Are there any fees associated with cancelling my Alliance membership?
A: No, cancellation fees do not apply to Alliance.Q: Who should I talk to about Alliance?

A: In order to maximise the bonus points offered and to streamline the points redemption process, only a Platinum series card from American Express (eg: ADA Platinum Credit Card, ADA Platinum Business Credit Card) will be accepted for use within this program.Q: How do I place orders?
A: Depending on your current account status with DENTSPLY, you may be asked to which account you would prefer to have your order charged. Otherwise it’s business as usual.Q: How do I receive my points?
A: Points will be reconciled between American Express and DENTSPLY upon payment of the DENTSPLY account. Upon receipt of your American Express monthly statement an update of your points will appear. Alternatively this information is available on-line americanexpress.com.auQ: How do I redeem bonus points generated?
A: Once your DENTSPLY account has been paid, the points will be assigned to your American Express rewards account and this is where the fun starts if you enrol in Membership Rewards Ascent either via phone or web site you can choose from literally thousands of offers. From vouchers and wine, to the latest technology or accumulate points for that overseas holiday. The choice is entirely yours. If you enrol in Qantas Direct, you can redeem your points at qantas.com.auQ. Can DENTSPLY automatically debit by my American Express Platinum Card with all outstanding Alliance invoices?
A: Yes! Our Finance team can record your American Express Platinum Card details and debit your account on a monthly basis ensuring you receive your earned points in a timely manner.
